  • Marinating – When marinating, use a sealable plastic bag rather than a plastic container. Being able to remove the excess air from the bag will allow the marinade to completely surround the food. And clean up’s easy!St. Louis-style spareribs gettin' finished on the grill
  • Baked Potato – To season your potatoes from the outside in, coat potato with oil and generously cover with kosher salt. Don’t forget to poke several holes in the skin to prevent a potato explosion.
  • Fresh Spices – When grinding fresh spices, skip the mortar and pestle, use an electric coffee grinder for a quick and easy fine grind.
  • Sautéing Vegetables – Cut all vegetables to the same size to ensure even cooking.
