how do I proceed to checkout?
You can find your basket in the top right of the screen. Select this to review/edit your order and proceed to checkout at the bottom.
I don't see my favorite items
You must select a location to begin the ordering process and view relevant items. Select "locations" from the menu in the top righ to select your locations.
Where do I choose between pickup or delivery?
You will select your order method at the checkout screen (pickup, delivery, curbside). This is also where you will choose when you want your order.
Where do I schedule my order?
You can choose when you want your order at the checkout screen. This is also where you choose your order mored (pickup, delivery, curbside).
My payment method wasn't accepted
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept gift cards and split payment methods. Please double check the zip code you provide matches the one for your credit card on file.
How do i pay at the restaurant upon pickup?
Sorry, we no longer allow this and require payment at checkout.
How can I earn or redeem rewards on my order?
You must be signed into your rewards account to earn or redeem rewards. More info on rewards HERE.
How do i place a group order?
Go to your basket in the top right and select "Start a Group Order".

How do I cancel my order?
Please call your local Famous Dave's to cancel your order. You can find your restaurant's info here.
My discount, coupon, or reward is not working
